Are you someone who feels at his/her best in a dynamic environment, with us no day is the same, from project to incident and back again. Changes before, during and after working hours, working shifts when supporting our customers, we do it all. You work from home, at the office in De Meern or on location at customers, sometimes in or on a project and sometimes because there is or was an incident or change (of course always within the guidelines from our government). A driving licence (B) is therefore really necessary for this position. Of course, you want to help yourself and your colleagues to further develop and specialise, we would love to see that.

Your tasks

Creation of improvement plans (SysOps), migration proposals and implementation of these proposals in project form (remote, onsite or combined)
Supporting / helping colleagues with questions / incidents they cannot resolve and with / in projects
Perform regular updates and upgrades. Monitor customer Infrastructures, modify and improve monitoring.
Having fun and engaging in innovative cloud-based solutions.

These core tasks can be performed from any conceivable location with an internet connection, but by default we do them from our central location in De Meern (Utrecht). These tasks are often performed during office hours (normal office hours are from 08:30 to 17:30) but also regularly in alternating shifts. If this occurs, these are as follows – 07:00 / 16:00 – 10:00 / 19:00 – and regularly on Saturdays from 08:00 / 13:00. Of course, beyond this, work is often scheduled in the evenings and weekends. Naturally, working from home is a possibility. This position is the technical hub of the company, all technical customer questions, incidents and problems are handled within this team, together with the service desk they maintain the

Resolving incidents (problems and changes) from the ticket system, often remotely (taking over workstations) and usually while simultaneously in telephone contact with one of our relations.
Capture customer environments in our systems (management documentation), create procedures and/or manuals of common specific customer issues.
During or after a project, present these (often from new customers & customer environments) and transfer them to service desk and rest of the team.
