In addition to our other services, we take care of the maintenance and support of IT environments. We emphasize on the words ‘on demand’, as we operate entirely based on the unique wishes and needs of your company. For example, we perform tasks based on call-out, manage the IT environment, monitor 24/7, (automatically) carry out updates, or provide support during staff shortages. We do this in cooperation with existing IT-departments too.

Support on Demand (SOD) plays a crucial role in minimizing downtime by combining reactive and proactive actions. In the case of unexpected problems, we provide reactive support on call-out. Additionally, we can prevent any issues from becoming critical through 24/7 monitoring and providing proactive measures.
At IT=it, we have divided SOD into three contract types based on response time: SOD A, B, and C. We also offer SOD M, a supporting service that provides monitoring and supports the other three services. The response time is an indication of the maximum reaction time, as we respond as quickly as possible based on availability for each contract.
SOD M, our monitoring service, is almost always offered in combination with SOD A, B, or C. We monitor technically, using traffic light information (red, yellow, green) to identify issues and take proactive measures to address any concerns.
Our SOD services are flexible and adaptable to the organization’s needs. We strive for customized solutions, working together with our clients to identify and fulfill their wishes, requirements, and needs. Our SOD contracts can be complemented with other services, such as migrating to the Cloud, Microsoft 365 support, or implementing a new IT infrastructure.

The activities we perform are documented in a Support Agreement. This clearly outlines the arrangements we have collectively made about on-demand management. Nevertheless, we will never hide behind the fine print in a contract and will go the extra mile to guarantee the best possible support.
